TRAINER TRAINING Whether your organization works with rescue dogs, or trains dogs for specialist tasks, Nina offers comprehensive courses on Trainer Training and Development. As part of the Kennel Club Accreditation scheme, Nina's courses assist individuals to achieve CPD points.

Check out Nina's site on Facebook for her Video showing Impulse Control training for highly distracted and hyper dog. This dog was unable to walk on-lead into a field, without lunging, pulling, screaming, twisting and barking. By rewarding the dog with a half-step forward for any moments that he slackened the lead and glanced at me, within the first session he was able to walk into the field. By the second session (shown here) you can see how he has understood the "rules of the game" and has realised that the way he gets to go forward is to reduce any slack on the lead and look up at my face. Now, instead of taking 40 minutes to get into the field, it takes us a few minutes and he retains the self-control even after the lead has been removed. This dog is basically doing all the work himself.  Instead of fighting the handler, he is using his energy and intensity to get what he wants by giving me what I want - a loose lead and attention. MAGIC!
